We do accept orders for shipment outside the U.S. in our online store. Please email us at julia@tempaperdesigns.com if you have any questions. We look forward to doing business with you and remember the only thing permanent is change!

PAYMENT METHODS
LolliProps Inc. accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. We DO NOT accept American Express. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and your email address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will automatically be billed.

We DO NOT accept money orders, cashier's checks and/or personal checks.

SALES TAX
Our store is located in New York, New York and therefore, tempaperdesigns.com will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax of 8.375% for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Orders being delivered to the following states will also be subject to sales tax: Connecticut (6%), New Jersey (7%) and Pennsylvania (6%).

SHIPPING RATES AND TERMS
All orders are shipped using FedEx with a variety of delivery options available. P.O. Box delivery is also available. Shipping rates are based on total package weight. Each roll of Tempaper weighs approximately 5 lbs.

DELIVERY TIMES
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM will not be processed until the following day.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• There are certain dates (major holidays) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

CONFIRMING ORDERS
If you've provided a valid email address when you submitted your order, you will receive two emails: the first one confirming your order, the second one confirming your shipment.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEES
We do not offer a money back guarantee. All sales are final.
