Seabreezes Spa & Salon offers the following Returns Policy:
Your satisfaction with our product line is our top priority. Please note: All returns must be authorized by the Customer Care Department. Please call or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions ndseabreeze@comcast.net If you have any issues with your order, simply contact us and return department within 5 business days of receipt and we will be happy to do everything that we can to make you a satisfied customer. Typically orders that are damaged due to shipping or issues outside of Sea Breezes control will be referred to our shipper for consideration. Customers that have any issues with our products should contact us through e-mail and we will then reply shortly thereafter and discuss a refund, exchange, or remedy. Sea Breezes can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Shipping and insurance charges from Sea Breezes to the customer, as well as returns back to Sea Breezes are the responsibility of the customer. Any product that is returned to Sea Breezes is subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
