C.H. Wilke Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from CH Wilke Inc, you may return the merchandise assuming it has not been abused or damaged, in the original shipping crate or carton, for a refund of your purchase price, less any freight charges, within thirty days of the purchase date. Return authorization number must be obtained from CH Wilke Inc or the original manufacturer and the freight charges are to be prepaid. Returns are subject to a restocking charge.  No returns on cutting tools, special orders or custom made to order products.
