Frequently Asked Questions

1. Lost or forgotten combinations:

Please make sure to call the dealer where the safe has been purchased.  Give your serial number located on the safe (typically on the right hand side of the safe in top upper corner) to a store manager.  They will contact us directly with regards to your combination.  This is required for your security.

3. Can I buy more keys?

We do not make keys here at Cannon Safe.  You will need to contact a locksmith near you.  You will need the key code number which is found on the small cylinder where the key goes into.  It should start with “LG” or “SG” and then 3 numbers. 

4. Can I switch a mechanical lock to e-lock?

Yes!  You can make the switch to electronic lock assemblies as long as it was made after 1993.  You can find the year it was made and additional product specifications on the side door panel as the unit is opened.
