Store Policies
Alpha Laser Est. 1996 1. If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must contact our Returns Department at 1-877Toner34 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label before sending your product back to us. We will not accept any returns for refund, exchange, or replacement unless they are returned with an RMA label. 2. RMA labels are issued through UPS. Our preferred way of sending RMA LABELS is via E-mail. After you have received an RMA return label from our Returns Department, attach it to outside of box. Product must be packaged in the original box and protected with packing provided when shipped. We will not accept or give credit for any product not securely packaged or product broken in shipping because of no protection. Please also include a sample printout from the problematic cartridge/s with your return. Your return can then be given to any UPS driver. Please do not write any other correspondence to us on the outside of the box. All returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the issuance of the RMA number and label. Failure to do so could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable. Alpha Laser Compatible Toners are guaranteed for 6 months from the original date of shipment. 4. All cartridge products will be shipped or returned back to you after you ship defective products back to us and it is tested for defects. Returns must not be utilized more than 90% of life expectancy. We cannot accept depleted items or items purchased from other retailers or vendors. 5. If you are returning an unneeded or incorrectly ordered non-defective product, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. In cases where you return an item that is unneeded or wrongly ordered along with other defective items, we reserve the discretion whether or not to charge you the 15% restocking fee for the unneeded/ incorrectly ordered item. 6. Items tested non-defective or items purchased from another source will be held for 5 business days. In which time you will need to provide your shipper number and we will return the item to you. After 5 days it will be recycled. 7. We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fee, unless the error was ours. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. 8. Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, we will take every step possible to process all refunds within 12 working days from receipt of returned items. 9. All credits will be applied to original invoice if still open, or applied to replacement invoice. If items where purchased on a credit card within 30 days a credit will be applied to original credit card. Otherwise, a credit will be applied to your account toward your next purchase. Please note that credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant. | |
